Help us to serve you better

October 26, 2012

The hospital initiated a patient feedback survey named "help us to serve you better" this October. The aim of this survey is to get feedback from outpatients who come for consultation. This survey is being conducted as part of the quality drive of the Hospital. The results of this survey will be uses to assess the experience of the patients and also use it in future service improvement and training.

This survey consists of a very short questionnaire and shall be filled after the doctors’ consultation. The aim is to understand those interactions that the doctor and patient had and how satisfied the patient is with the consultation. The survey will be continued for a period of two to three weeks. The Clinical Support and Customer Relations staff will encourage patients to participate in this survey and provide their honest feedback.

The results of this survey will provide the Management with a good assessment of how well doctors are accepted by the patients. It will also provide good information for future orientation of new doctors and also in the enhancement and improvement of the current quality drive of the Hospital.

In future, such surveys will be conducted for other areas of care, including in patient services, nursing and customer care as well.
