Celebrating Employees - Employee Performance Awards 2013

On 6th December 2013, the Hospital celebrated its high performing employees at the annual Employee Performance Awards. This year, 5 employees received the Silver Performers Award and 5 employees received the Gold Performer Award for their work in 2012. The prestigious Employee of the Year 2012 was won by Mr. Godwin Jarius from the Radiology Department. The guest of honour at the EPA2013 was the president of the Civil Service Commission Dr Mohamed Latheef.

In this ceremony, the Managing Director of ADK Hospitals Pvt. Ltd. informed that importance of recognising the work of employees and that this annual event is held to ensure that emloyees are given the deserved recognition and value for their service to the organisation.

The Guest of Honour, President of the Civil Service Commission, Dr. Mohamed Latheef also talked about the achievements of the staff and the importance of such events. Also he praised the ADK Hospital management for the immense contribution to the Maldivian community in the work that they do.

In this ceremony 72 employees of the Hospital received recognition is different categories.

  • Employee Performance Awards 2017

    November 6, 2017 - ADK Hospital celebrated Annual Employee Performance Awards (EPA) at Ghiyasuddin International School. The Employee of the Year 2016 award was won by Nurse, Fathimath Sameera, who received MVR. 15,000 cash prize and 5 day holiday package in London.
