Biography

Dr. Nuzha Mohamed is one of the pioneering dermatologists in the Maldives and has played a significant role in advancing dermatology services across the country. With extensive experience in clinical dermatology, aesthetic dermatology, and dermatological education, she is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care for patients of all ages. Dr. Nuzha serves as a resource person for the National Leprosy Programme and the National Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) Programme, contributing to the training of healthcare professionals nationwide. She is also the co-founder of the Maldives Society of Dermatology and has held executive committee positions within the South Asian Regional Association of Dermatologists, Venereologists and Leprologists (SARAD). Since joining ADK Hospital in 2013, she has served as Senior Consultant in Dermatology while also contributing to the teaching and mentorship of medical interns.
