Consultation trends for flu-like illnesses, 1 January to 31 March 2017

When we looked at the symptoms of the patients who were seen at ADK Hospital from January 2017 onwards, we saw that there was an increase in the number people coming in with flu-like illnesses. This number increased gradually over the month of February, and was highest in the middle of March.
 
By the last week of March, the number of people who came in with flu-like illnesses dropped to average levels. 
 
The graph shows the above numbers and trends, and some actions that were taken to control the flu, such as the Flu Clinic, and the Mobile Flu Clinic.
