Feedback forms are available at the service counters and in your rooms and we encourage you to take a few minutes to complete and return it to us. The Management will review the forms and will take steps to accommodate your suggestions as far as possible. If you need a more personal interaction, you are welcome to personally come and meet our Customer Relations Managers. You can also express your view through our e-suggestions service by simply sending a mail to [email protected]. After your discharge from hospital, you may receive a call asking for feedback about your experience.
