Reducing the queues

May 2, 2007

As an effort to makes things easy and convenient for the patient, Hospital will start allocating appointments for follow up patients seeking services from dermatology, dental and gynecology departments. This system has been in practice for the dermatology department as a pilot program since the beginning of April and has proven to be successful. Eventually it will be implemented to all departments. It is felt that with this new system of appointments, the queues will be reduced and also the service will become much more accessible to the patient. With this new system all follow up patients will be reminded of their due appointment as well. This new system will also help to improve the image and relations of the hospital with the clients.
