Employee Performance Awards 2016

On 21st October 2015, ADK Hospitals Pvt Ltd. held the annual Employee Performance Awards (EPA) ceremony at Ghiyasuddin International School.  The Employee of the Year 2015 award was won by Nurse, Angelee Rose C. Sarangay, who received MVR. 15,000 cash prize and 3 nights’ holiday package to Dubai.

5 employees received the Silver Performers Award and 5 employees received the Gold Performer Award for their work in 2015. The Gold performers received cash price of MVR.7, 500 and Silver Performers received MVR.5,000.

This year, total 78 employees received recognition in different categories. Employees from different levels and departments were recognized as high performers of 2015.

The EPA was introduced by the Hospital in 2010 and for the last five years, these awards have been given out to recognize the performances of staff. The aim of EPA is to improve staff performance and motivate staffs to attain higher in the work that they do. These awards are based on annual staff appraisals and objective assessments of the staffs attendance, punctuality and leaves.

The chief guest of the ceremony was Minister of Heath, Mr. Abdulla Nazim Ibrahim. In his speech, the minister thanked ADK Hospital for the outstanding contributions the hospital makes to the health sector of Maldives. He also encouraged the employees to be proactive in their work and to have healthy emotional relationships.

The Managing Director of the Hospital thanked all the staffs of the hospital and highlighted how the contribution from the staffs make the hospital perform better and better.
