Employee Performance Awards 2017

The annual award ceremony to recognize and appreciate the high performing staff of ADK Hospital was held on 04th November 2017 at 20.30hrs at Ghiyasudhin International School Hall.

The Employee Performance awards (EPA) is given to the top performers of the hospital. These consists of 11 awards; 5 silver performers, 5 Gold performers and Employee of the YearIn addition to these EPA awards, 95 employees have achieved High Performers awards in three distinct categories: High Performers, High Performers with High Attendance, and High Performers with 100% Attendance.

In this ceremony, the Silver Performers received a commemorative name tag, Certificate of Appreciation, and a cash prize of MVR 5000 while the Gold Performers received a commemorative name tag, Certificate of Appreciation and a cash prize of MVR 7500. The Employee of the year was awarded with a commemorative badge, a sash, a flower bouquet, a Certificate of Recognition, a cash prize of MVR 15000, and a Grand Prize – a 5 days holiday package for 2 people to London.

The ceremony was graced by the Minister of Health, Mr. Abdulla Nazim Ibrahim as the Chief Guest. In his address to the invitees, the minister recognized the remarkable achievements of ADK Hospital as a leading and innovative private healthcare provider.

The Managing Director of ADK Hospital, Mr. Ahmed Afaal also addressed the invitees. In his speech, Mr. Afaal encouraged staff to continue performing high and to make high performance a habit.

The hospital will resume normal services on from the second day of Ramadan (17 May 2018).
