Below are few key reasons why a person may get migraine headaches.

  • Foods - Generally foods which are high in caffeine.
  • Hormonal Changes in women.
  • Stress - related to work, home or relationships
  • Sensory stimuli
  • Changes in sleep pattern
  • Changes in the environment
